What to Expect

Meet with patients, families, and other community members and learn more about EADs and practical strategies from experts. You will have an opportunity to participate in Q&A in live sessions. A conference's virtual Exhibit Hall provides resources, products, and services for you to explore. New research is available on a virtual Poster Hall, and you can submit up to four research posters for the virtual poster hall. 

All participants receive access to session recordings on-demand for six months following the live events.

Agenda

This event starts with pre-conference activities in Denver, CO, on June 29. But if you can't attend it personally, not to worry - register for the virtual event.

  • Thursday, June 29: Pre-conference activities starting at 4:00 p.m. MT including a lab tour at Children’s Hospital Colorado, live research poster presentations, and a welcome reception with refreshments.
  • Friday, June 30: Educational sessions, exhibits, networking opportunities, breakfast, boxed lunch, and an evening family-friendly social with refreshments. Note: Educational sessions will be streamed for virtual attendees.
  • Saturday, July 1: Virtual conference sessions and an opportunity to go to the Downtown Aquarium in Denver (group rate tickets available, separate sign-up details coming soon)

Cost, Grants Discounts

  • Virtual attendees: $15
  • Onsite teens and adults: $50
  • Onsite children (ages 4-10): $10
