We have teamed up with Unity to bring you the EOS Network Lottery, an exciting weekly lottery draw where you can win big and help change the future of Eosinophilic Diseases.

Each entry costs just £1, with 50p from every ticket sold donated to EOS Network. Your donations help to improve the lives of those living with Eosinophilic Diseases and the remaining money goes towards running the lottery and the amazing prizes.

How to play: It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1.

Taking part in our weekly lottery is simple! You can either join online or by post. If you'd like to join by post, download a printable paper form here.

2.

Enter your payment details and select how many tickets you’d like – the more tickets, the more chances of winning the £25,000 jackpot!

How your support helps

Half of what you spend goes directly towards supporting EOS Network's mission to ensure that every person with an Eosinophilic-Associated Disease receives a prompt, accurate diagnosis, cohesive medical care, and support to live with their condition.

Your donation can:

  •  Help provide information and support for people with Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Diseases, their families and carers, through our community hub, resources and events.

  • Help establish a global platform for clinicians and researchers to connect and share the latest research and best evidence-based practice.

  • Help share educational resources and events for healthcare professionals to assist them in recognising symptoms, diagnosing and treating Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Diseases.

  • Help us work with patients and their carers, medical bodies, manufacturers and funders to ensure the patient’s voice is heard for decisions about treatment guidelines, development and availability of medicines.

The EOS Network Lottery is currently only available to people living in the UK aged 18+. If you know of any similar lotteries available in other countries, please let us know!

EOS Network is committed to responsible gambling. To find out our lottery provider's rules, visit the Unity website. If you wish to exclude yourself from our lottery, you can download a self-exclusion form.
