  1. Book Club: Start a book club, charging a small membership fee or suggesting donations from attendees.

  2. Coffee Morning/Afternoon Tea: Host a social gathering with coffee, tea, and snacks, and ask for donations or charge a small entry fee.

  3. Free-from Bake Off: Hold a baking competition featuring allergen-free and 6FED recipes, with participants paying an entry fee and selling the baked goods to raise funds.

  4. Gala Night/Ball/Music Concert: Organise a formal event or live music concert, selling tickets to raise funds.

Donate your Birthday to bring hope that they can eat without pain in the future

  1. Car Share: Register with one of the services allowing you to share your car, saving money for your cause and reducing CO2 emissions and driving stress.

  2. Create a Facebook Fundraiser and nominate EOS Network for your Birthday, Christmas, or Anniversary Fundraiser instead of gifts or cards.

  3. Dress Down Days: Arrange a day when participants can wear casual clothes to work or school in exchange for a small donation.

  4. Give As You Live is one of the easiest ways to fundraise for EOS Network, which allows you to collect money when you are shopping online. The best thing is that it costs you nothing! Learn how to start fundraising with Give As You Live

  5. Ugly Jumper Competition: Host a competition for the ugliest jumper, charging a small entry fee or requesting participant donations. I can be at your usual Zoom meeting or onsite day.

  6. Virtual Event: Arrange an online event, like a webinar or virtual workshop, charging a small fee or suggesting donations from participants.

  7. You can often nominate a charity if you are a group, club, or large employer member. Please put EOS Network forward.

The average household has countless items that the owners can sell! So embark on spring cleaning, evaluate what still brings you joy, and sell the rest.

  1. Furniture Sales: Organise a second-hand furniture sale, with proceeds going to your cause.

  2. Jumble Sale/ / Toy Sale / Garage Sale/ Cake Sale / Boot Fare: Organise a sale event featuring second-hand items, toys, baked goods, or other goods, with proceeds going to your cause.

  3. Silent Auction/Raffle: Ask for donations from local businesses and contacts, and hold a silent auction or raffle to raise funds.

Get Ready

Set up your online fundraising page either on our website or via Justgiving

Rally people around your idea and ask for a small participation fee or collect donations at the event. Remember to share your fundraising activities and photos online to encourage more friends to join!

STEP 3

Spread the word

Share it on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Email etc. Let your friends and family know what you are doing and why. We will also spread the word amongst the EOS community and support you in any way we can.

STEP 5

Maximise your donations

Simple Ways to Increase Your Donations

It's always worth asking your employer if they run a scheme matching their employee's charity fundraising. Maybe your colleagues would like to make up a team event? It can double your donations.

Gift Aid

For sponsors that are UK taxpayers, gift aid adds 25%; that's an extra 25p for every pound raised. This will automatically be organised through your fundraising page or by collecting the cash donor's name and address.
