EGID Patients Are Not Found to Have a Higher Risk of Severe COVID-19

A study in the JACI has shown that there is no increased risk of severe COVID-19 in EGID patients compared to the general population. Thank you to everyone in our community that reported or promoted the online registry used to collect the data.

COVID-19 - EoE / EGID research

SECURE-EoE/EGID - COVID-19 Registry This platform has been developed to collect international information on adult and paediatric patients previously diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) and Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Diseases (EGID) who are under high suspicion or confirmed with a diagnosis of COVID-19.
