If my consultant and the research team have different opinions, whose opinion takes precedence?

In a trial, the research team has the most information. If the consultant is not part of the trial, they will have less trial information than the research team.

The researchers are required to follow the protocol and understand it thoroughly. Therefore, from a trial perspective, the research team is the primary source of information.
