This event will focus on how EGIDs can affect different parts of the gastrointestinal tract from childhood into adulthood. What You Need to Know: Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Diseases – The Whole Gut (Part 1 of 2) This session will focus on EGIDs affecting different parts of the gastrointestinal tract beyond the oesophagus and how they present from childhood through adulthood. Leading experts Dr Salvatore Oliva (Policlinico Umberto I – Sapienza University of Rome) and Dr Evan S. Dellon (UNC School of Medicine, USA) will explore terminology, prevalence, symptoms, causes, and diagnostic approaches from both paediatric and adult perspectives.
