EoE Treatment Access Survey: Share Your Experience For over 20 years, we’ve advocated for more research into eosinophilic diseases, improved diagnosis processes, and more effective treatments. Our work has helped streamline care, inform policy, and even shape diagnostic guidelines. But our work isn’t done yet, and we need your help. EoE Treatment Access Survey 2026 As many of you might already know from your experiences as a patient or medical professional, access to new and existing treatments for eosinophilic oesophagitis (EoE) still isn’t equal. This treatment inequality can take many forms, including: Being prescribed off-label treatments rather than approved recommendations Being prescribed less than the recommended course of a particular treatment (e.g., being prescribed short courses rather than long-term maintenance therapy) Little to no access to cutting-edge treatments (e.g., biologics) Limited or no dietetic support when removing foods Or no treatment at all To help policymakers and the medical community understand the barriers that remain, we created an EoE Treatment Access Survey for patients and carers to document the impact of effective care and the current challenges they are experiencing. Who can take part? This survey is open to patients diagnosed with EoE and their parents or carers. The survey is anonymous and takes approximately 8 minutes to complete. What if I’m a healthcare professional? Although HCPs have valuable insight into treatment inequalities, this survey is designed specifically for patients. However, by encouraging your EoE patients to participate, you can help us reach more people and build a more complete picture of the treatment inequalities they face. If you'd like to share the survey with your patients, you can download and print our poster and QR code tear-off sheet to use in your clinic. Download clinic resources Take part today! Whether you're a patient or a parent/carer for someone with EoE, make sure your voice is heard and help change the future. Start Survey Closing date 31st December 2026 Manage Cookie Preferences
