We are looking to understand both patient and parent carer experiences when suffering from a food obstruction (food stuck in the oesophagus) caused by Eosinophilic Oesophagitis. By hearing how this affected you we hope together to develop a food obstruction action plan that will improve the experience in the future for you and other sufferers. For Example: How did you feel before the event, looking back was there any warning signs? What made you realise the food was stuck? What did you do next ? Did you go to hospital and what happened then? What would you do differently if it happened again? What could improve your experience if it happened again? Initially we will arrange a convenient time to speak with you via a phone or zoom call with the option of later participating in a focus group.
