Christmas can be an especially tough time for people with eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases, particularly when combined with the stressful rollercoaster year we've all experienced.
That's why, starting in the New Year, we're launching a series of free group sessions focusing on self-care, personal wellbeing as an opening to the newly launched members meet and chat group.
We hope this will give you all a chance to relax amongst new friends who understand the challenges of living with eosinophilic diseases.

What is planned?

Starting in January, we are delivering four weeks of health guidance to support your wellbeing; body, mind and heart.
Each week, we'll be joined by Robyn Silverton - integrative health practitioner and yoga teacher - who will run a series of interactive sessions on calmness, decompressing and managing stress. Robyn is a registered physiotherapist with first-hand experience of how chronic illness impacts the lives of patients and their families.
Following Robyn's 30-minute session, we'll open the meeting up to the community for an informal wind-down chat, giving you an opportunity to meet and get to know other members affected by the daily challenges of living with eosinophilic diseases.

When are they taking place?

Wellbeing Wednesdays: Introduction to Calm will begin on 6th January 2021 and continue each Wednesday for four weeks.
The sessions will be hosted on Zoom and will begin at 8pm GMT* and last for 90 minutes.

Who can attend?

Anyone aged 18+ in the EOS Network's community, either living with or caring for someone with eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases, is welcome to attend.  Not a registered member? Join today
The sessions are completely free for our members, just book a place for each week you wish to attend.
