It's National Eosinophilic Awareness Week

17th - 23rd May

Difficulty swallowing, choking – food obstructing your Oesophagus

Chest pain and food regurgitation to name a few symptoms.

Without a current cure for Eosinophilic Oesophagitis (EoE) or the lower Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Diseases (EGID'S) one treatment option can be:

The Six Food Elimination Diet (SFED) Avoiding: Dairy, Eggs, Wheat, Nuts, Soy and Seafood.

This is difficult to manage in normal daily life, expensive and can feel alienating.

You can make a difference

6  .      Try the 6 food elimination diet for a day or even just one meal (already on this diet skip straight to nominating)
